Remote: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote + flexibility)
Trial Period: 6 months
Holidays: 25 working days + Spanish national and Catalan regional bank holidays

The Role & Your Impact
You’ll be joining a team where ownership is a given, but support is always available.
* Thoughtful Problem Solving: You’ll navigate the full lifecycle of AI projects. We value the "discovery" phase, understanding the problem before writing the first line of code.
* Building with Precision: Whether it’s designing RAG systems or fine-tuning ML models, you take pride in clean, maintainable, and production-ready work.
* Collaborative Strategy: You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn abstract ideas into technical roadmaps. We bridge the gap between complex AI and real-world value together.
* Growth & Mentorship: As a mid / senior member, you’ll naturally help the team grow, sharing your knowledge and helping us refine our collective vision.
What We’re Looking For
We value the following skills :
* Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience. You’ve successfully shipped AI/ML solutions to production and understand the nuances of keeping them running.
* Curiosity: A natural desire to dive into new domains, whether it’s Energy, Agriculture, or Pharma, and find elegant solutions.
* Communication: Proficient in English. French is a strong plus.
* Education: A strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in a technical field that gave you a solid foundation in first principles.
Technical Landscape
* Python: Your primary tool, used with best practices.
* ML & GenAI: Experience with the PyTorch/TensorFlow ecosystem and modern LLM workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or direct API work).
* Data & Infrastructure: Proficiency with Pandas/Polars, Vector Databases, and a comfortable grasp of Docker and Cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
* AI coding tools : You master those tools and are able to develop robust solutions at a high pace.

We’ve designed our process to be transparent and respectful of your time:
1. A Friendly Chat (30 min): A quick call to meet each other, discuss your journey, and see if our goals align.
2. Technical & Collab (2h): A session at our Barcelona office. We’ll look at a problem together, do some collaborative coding, and discuss how you approach strategy.
3. An open discussion (30min): A casual conversation with one of our partners. This is as much for you to vet us as it is for us to get to know you.
