Job description
You will start an intensive training in all relevant fields of value added logistics, supply chain services, and semi-industrial activities for the business unit Petrochemicals.
As a future supervisor you will become responsible for the daily way of working on a logistics platform. The number of your staff ranges from 20 to 100.
We count on your skills in the following areas: people management, responsible care, customer satisfaction, planning, public relations and finance. Problem ownership is a key driver to become a successful supervisor or terminal manager (in Belgium).
Your profile
1. You have a Bachelor's Degree
2. You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and English
3. Willingness to work very operational
4. Hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn
5. Like us you believe in customer-friendliness, economical thinking
6. You are eager to lead a team
