The Next Day Concept & Design (NDCD) department serves as the company's in-house design and conception studio, integrating a strong digital component (BIM, 3D, Digital Twin) to design and manage innovative residential projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a small digital design team working on modular residential and mixed-use projects.
You will collaborate closely with the BIM Manager and the Project Manager to coordinate BIM production, ensure model and data consistency, and drive the adoption of standardized, automation-ready workflows.
This position is ideal for a technically minded, proactive BIM professional who thrives in small, dynamic teams and enjoys contributing to both project delivery and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage Revit models for Architecture and linked disciplines (Structure, MEP, Landscape).
Lead model federation, clash detection and issue follow-up using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks.
Take responsibility for the CDE, issue management, and version control from a BIM coordination perspective.
Contribute to project production: modeling, detailing and preparing documentation for the different project stages.
Help define, document and maintain BIM standards, templates, content libraries in support of the BIM Manager.
Run regular quality checks on models and audits to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
Use and provide feedback on our internal Revit-based BIM automation suite and work confidently with other commonly used Revit add-ins as a power user.
Support the onboarding of new colleagues into our BIM environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
Around 3–5 years of experience in Revit-based BIM coordination and/or model management.
Strong Revit skills: model structuring, worksets, links, view templates, schedules, families.
Solid experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks, including clash detection and issue tracking.
Good understanding of BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650 or similar frameworks) and their practical application on projects.
Experience with openBIM workflows (IFC, BCF, etc.) is a big plus.
Autonomous and proactive approach: you are organized, spot issues early and propose practical solutions head-on.
Strong communication skills, calibrated on the audience.
