To accelerate their British expansion, they are looking for a dynamic Account Manager UK.
Your Mission:
As Account Manager UK, you will be the driving force behind the company’s commercial growth in the United Kingdom. You will balance high-level account management with a proactive "hunter" approach to expand the customer base in the diagnostics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Growth: Manage and scale an existing portfolio of UK-based customers.
* New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities with a strong hunter mindset.
* Field Presence: Organize and lead customer meetings, product presentations, and on-site demonstrations.
* End-to-End Sales: Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and CRM management to negotiation and closing.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at major trade fairs and industry events across the UK and Europe.
* Strategic Input: Act as the "voice of the customer" internally to help shape product and service improvements.
Who are we looking for?
* Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales within Biotech, Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices.
* Expertise: A proven track record in selling diagnostic kits or complex scientific products is a significant asset.
* Language: Native or fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a "nice-to-have" but not required.
* Skills: Strong sales fundamentals (prospecting, closing, negotiation) and a results-oriented mindset.
* Attributes: Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
