We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, Onsite, in the city of Marabá-PA .
In this role you will need:
Support apprentices in hands‑on learning of programming and systems development, acting as a facilitator of the learning process and adapting technical content to different levels of knowledge. Monitor the technical and behavioral development of apprentices, identifying difficulties and proposing support plans.
Main Responsibilities
* Clarify technical questions about programming languages, frameworks, databases, and development best practices.
* Assist in problem‑solving (debugging, logic, and code structure).
* Encourage professional best practices (teamwork, communication, responsibility, and ethics).
* Support the development of soft skills and preparation for the technology job market.
* Act as a technical and behavioral role model for apprentices.
* Provide guidance on code versioning, documentation, and project organization.
Requirements and Competencies
* Support the development of soft skills and preparation for the technology job market.
* Programming logic and control structures.
* Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP).
* Ability to explain code and technical concepts in a simple and accessible way.
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills)
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
* Practical experience in systems development (front‑end, back‑end, or full stack).
* Basic knowledge of databases, programming logic, and version control (Git).
* Pedagogical knowledge or previous experience with teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or training.
Soft Skills
* Clear and instructional communication.
* Patience and empathy in the teaching‑learning process.
* Ability to motivate and engage young talents.
* Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
* Collaborative mindset focused on human development.
Differentials / Nice to Have
* Basic front‑end knowledge (components, events, responsiveness)
* Basic back‑end knowledge (APIs, routes, simple authentication)
* Basic concepts of: Networks and the internet; Client‑server architecture; Information security (introductory level)
* Overview of the technology market and its areas of operation.
* Diagnose learners’ technical difficulties
* Provide step‑by‑step guidance without “giving away the answer”
* Review and correct code with constructive feedback
* Ability to adapt to the technical level according to each learner’s profile.
