We're looking for a Medior Data Engineer / Scientist to help with a project at one of our clients. You will actively design, build, and optimize modern data platforms and real-time data solutions in close collaboration with other data engineers, data scientists, and software developers. What you'll do: Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data processing workflows in a Microsoft Azure environment Build and manage CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps environments Implement DevOps best practices for automation, testing, deployment, and monitoring Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics to solve real-world problems Develop, train, and validate models using Python, PySpark, and Azure machine learning services Visualize data and communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for stakeholders Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and domain experts to define data-driven strategies and solutions Your Background At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist, or similar role Strong experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data workflows Proven experience with Python development and PySpark for large-scale data processing Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and data platforms Experience with real-time data processing architectures in Azure Strong mathematical background You combine strong analytical and statistical thinking with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset Your Skills ETL pipeline design & optimization Azure data architecture Real-time data processing Python & PySpark development Data wrangling, feature engineering, development of machine learning models, and application of statistical methods to uncover insights from data What we offer Competitive salary aligned with market benchmarks 40-hour week 32 total days off Hybrid flexibility Strong learning culture, mentoring, and real career acceleration A supportive, people-first team where you can make real impact This role is also open to freelance consultants Ready to build real AI instead of demos?
