Role : Site Unit Manager
Location : Belgium, Zeebrugge
Work Arrangement : Onsite

Responsibilities As Site Manager you will be integrating Maritime Services and will report to the General Manager. You will be closely supported by 2 superintendents, a HR-Admin assistant, a Quality Manager and a HSE Manager.
Define site organisation and processes that deliver expected results
Develop customer relationships
Provide contractual performance reporting
Seek and develop business opportunities
Deliver proposals to the customer for developing the business
Supervise the execution of projects
Communicate strategy and goals, company information
Ensure people motivation, sense of ownership and adherence to the company culture
Identify, hire and develop potentials
Manage safety rules and ensure results
Generate and manage changes
Ensure budget preparation and follow-up
Responsibility for P&L
Manage invoicing process and indexation
Prepare Business Reviews
Profile The successful candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys developing new customer relationships and working with their team to improve operational excellence. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic leader with a strong focus on excellent service delivery, with a solid technical background, preferably in the maritime industry and naval vessel maintenance.
Requirements :
Marine Engineer or Industrial or Civil Engineer (electrical and/or mechanical), with 5+ years of experience in service delivery and people management
Enhanced leadership skills: dynamic capability in managing, coaching and training the team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with ship maintenance and/or Defence is a great asset
Proficient with Office suite
