To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Support & Customer Care Coordinator: a true administrative all-rounder who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, with warmth, precision and a strong sense of ownership.
Your Mission
You are the first point of contact for our customers, sales partners and a key support pillar for our sales and operations team. You enjoy structure, prompt follow-up and helping people — and you take pride in doing things right.
Key Responsibilities
* Order intake & follow-up
* Processing and monitoring B2B and B2C orders
* Coordinating with logistics and stock management
* Ensuring accurate, timely and smooth order handling
* Customer & sales support
* Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
* Supporting sales agents with product, pricing and order information
* Proactively following up and finding solutions when questions arise
* Back office & administration
* Creating and following up on invoices and credit notes
* General sales and administrative support
* Maintaining clean, accurate and well-structured data
* Service & quality mindset
* Delivering warm, professional and human communications
* Spotting details, inconsistencies or improvement opportunities
* Helping elevate the overall customer experience
This is a

Experience in sales support, customer service or administration is a plus — but
