You will be accountable for performance, safety, culture, and customer experience across all departments.
* Lead and support departmental managers and their teams (100+ colleagues).
* Ensure exceptional service delivery across port operations, temperature-controlled warehousing and transport and forwarding.
* Partner with integration teams to align systems, processes, and culture.
* Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.
* Be the point of accountability for customer relationships and performance.
* Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
