As a leader in the SuccessFactors implementation market, we have a growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice that includes both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professionals. We operate across different industry sectors, delivering HCM expertise to client engagements and working closely with strategy, industry and technology colleagues to deliver HR transformational programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
* Act in a client‑facing role to determine business requirements.
* Identify how the HCM solution can best be utilized to meet client requirements.
* Provide support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
* Support configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.
* Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to design and implement the HCM solution.
* Engage with the client community to foster knowledge sharing and internal dynamics.
Qualifications and Experience
* +5 years of experience designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors OR 5 years of experience in SAP HCM ECC or S4 H4 in at least one of the following modules PA / OM / TM / PY.
* Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
* Experience in integrating SAP HR solutions.
* Experience in a global delivery model.
* Ideally a Master’s degree level or equivalent.
* Fluency in English and in Dutch and/or French (must).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into SuccessFactors or SAP HCM configurations.
* Proficiency in the SAP platform and its ecosystem.
