Your Mission:
We’re looking for a dynamicSales Executive to grow ourDigital Building Solutions business across BeNeLux. Your role? Build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability for our customers.
You’ll work with decision-makers across different industries, understand their challenges, and show how our digital platform can transform their buildings. From first contact to closing the deal, you’ll manage the entire sales process and create long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
1. Achieve annual sales targets throughofferingnewconnected solutionslikeOpenBlueand service contract wins, aligned with pricing and sales guidelines.
2. Drive new business by promoting subscription-based digital services.
3. Identify and engage potential customers in various sectors.
4. Build trust with senior stakeholders and present tailored solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer success.
6. Stay informed about market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
7. Use CRM to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on progress.
What We’re Looking For:
8. A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
9. Fluent inDutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
10. Experience insoftware sales within technology, building services, or facility management.
11. Knowledge ofbuilding management or digital solutions is a plus.
12. Comfortable engaging with senior executives and driving new business.
13. Self-motivated, consultative, and results-oriented.
