To ensure the success of this transition and promote the adoption of new practices and tools, we are recruiting a Change Manager (Medior).Integrated into the project team from the implementation phase, you will be responsible for supporting the human aspect of change:Supporting employees and stakeholders in adopting the new processesEnsuring proper ownership of the toolsCarrying out reinforcement and sustainability actions beyond deployment to firmly anchor the changesResponsibilitiesConduct preliminary analyses necessary for developing change management plansDefine, implement, and continuously adjust change management plans based on the PROSCI methodology (mandatory)Lead digital communication actions, designing clear, engaging, and tailored messages for different impacted audiences and stakeholdersSupport and assist managers and change ambassadors in their role as relays to the teamsMonitor engagement, adoption, and usage indicators, identify risks, and propose corrective measuresEncourage a participative and proactive dynamic to facilitate ownership of new tools and processesContribute to training, coaching, and skills development of teams affected by the transformationProfilePROSCI change management certification, held for at least 3 yearsProven experience in change management, ideally within digital transformation projects or ERP implementation (knowledge of SAP is an asset)Individual and/or group coaching skills would be highly valuedExcellent digital communication skills, both written and oralStrong autonomy, with a high sense of organization and a structured approachProactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in taking initiativeMinimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 dedicated to change management
