As a business analyst
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Involvement in all aspects of the projects from day 1: help structure and prepare projects, join key client interactions, generate (senior) management outputs
2. Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, and performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence or environmental sustainability
3. Conducting interviews, field observations, data and document analysis
4. Developing meaningful recommendations and solutions
5. Supporting the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements
6. Designing training/coaching/workshop materials to be used at client sites
You are:
7. Equipped with excellent communication and analytical skills to maintain positive stakeholder relations and high stakeholder satisfaction levels
8. Able to demonstrate adaptability and thriving within diverse and remote consultant teams
9. A self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
10. Driven to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients
You bring:
11. A Master’s degree in engineering/business school
12. Fluency in both Dutch and English, a third European language is a plus
13. A creative problem-solving mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment
14. The ability to get insights from data and craft compelling narratives to drive strategic decision-making
15. Willingness to develop expertise across all aspects of our clients’ operations
You will:
16. Help our clients create, communicate and implement solutions from start to end
17. Work across industry sectors with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to help our clients improve their operational capabilities
18. Apply and expand your analytical and problem-solving skills across a variety of industries, for national and international clients
