You will be..
· The leading stakeholder in the design team, taking responsibility from A to Z. This includes: researching trends in knitwear, print, and colour, translating insights into compelling product designs using illustrator to create CADs.
· Create mood boards, colour palettes, and technical design specs for overseas factories.
· Creating technical design specs & artworks to send to our overseas factories.
· Work closely with our technical department, attending fittings and documenting essential details – taking clear minutes from meetings.
· Working hand in hand with the Creative Director on 4 main collections, including private label opportunities.
· Leading the lab dip process from initial research into production.
· Support presenting ideas to our Directors and Sales Agents with confidence and creativity.
· Leading the critical path and helping achieve deadlines ensuring we have the products ready for the optimum selling period.
· Opportunity to supporting the team with the creation of seasonal lookbooks and workbooks & colour cards.
· Supporting our Sales team with supplying any garment related material needed.
· Potentially attending and helping on photoshoots.
· Contribute to sustainability initiatives and streamline design workflows.
· Engage with UK and overseas teams via Microsoft Teams and occasional travel for research trips.
Requirements:
· 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (can be through internships).
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign.
· Expertise in digital garment illustration and technical specs.
· A passion for luxury knitwear and sustainability.
· Strong trend awareness with an eye for colour, print, and detail.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Confidence in presenting and working independently.
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Experience or strong will to learn how to communicate with factories.
· Attentive to detail with the ability to think creatively.
· To be confident working independently & remotely.
· Organised with good time management and able to work to tight deadlines.
· Team player and able to build relationships.
· An energetic and fun approach to work with the ability to adapt, be proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
· Microsoft Office skills.
Beneficial:

· Experience with Canva and basic Excel.
