The Service Team Leader's role involves building strong relationships with customers and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on promises made
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
3. Monitor and improve service quality through regular field audits and safety inspections
4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance technician competence and motivation
5. Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient service delivery
6. Determine and track technician performance objectives
7. Oversee order and stock management
Qualifications and Experience:
* Native-level fluency in French (Dutch and English skills a plus)
* Degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Proven leadership experience
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Legal entitlement to work in Belgium
