Your Mission
As part of the People & Culture team, the Total Rewards Manager will design, implement and govern the company’s compensation and benefits framework across our company operations. This role will ensure that reward practices are fair, competitive and aligned with the company’s growth strategy, while providing leadership with data-driven insights into the workforce and compensation decisions.
The position will also play a key role in strengthening our people’s analytics and AI-enabled workforce insights, supporting more informed and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards
* Design and maintain salary structures and compensation frameworks across all geographies and business units.
* Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
* Lead the annual salary review process across the organization.
* Design and maintain bonus and incentive frameworks aligned with company performance.
* Oversee and periodically review the benefits framework across countries, ensuring competitiveness, consistency and alignment with market practices.
* Provide guidance to leadership and managers on compensation-related decisions.
Compensation Governance & Cost Modelling
* Model compensation scenarios and cost implications for salary reviews and bonus plans.
* Ensure reward practices remain financially sustainable and aligned with budget frameworks.
* Provide analytical support for executive and board-level discussions when required.
* Support the governance and analytical aspects of executive incentive plan.
Job Architecture
* Develop and maintain job families and job levels across the organization.
* Ensure internal equity and role clarity across teams and geographies.
* Support organizational design initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
DEI – Equity
* Conduct pay equity analysis across countries, functions and genders.
* Monitor potential biases in compensation outcomes.
* Support fair and transparent reward practices across the organization.
People Analytics & Workforce Insights
* Develop people analytics and workforce insights to support strategic workforce and compensation decisions.
* Provide insights on:
* headcount evolution
* compensation trends
* workforce planning
* organizational structure
* Build dashboards and reports to support leadership and HR decision-making.
Data & AI Enablement
* Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI-enabled tools to enhance workforce insights and HR reporting.
* Support the development of automated dashboards and data-driven analytics.
* Use AI tools to improve analysis of compensation data, workforce trends and organizational insights.
* Ensure responsible and compliant use of people’s data and analytics tools.

What You Bring
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Finance or related field.
* Advanced studies in compensation, analytics or HR management are a plus.
* More than 8 years of proven experience in a similar roles within a multinational or high-growth environment.
* Experience supporting data-driven HR or workforce decisions.
* Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
* Experience working with HR data, analytics tools or data visualization platforms.
* Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance people analytics and workforce insights.
* Strong attention to detail combined with big-picture thinking.
* Structured and data-driven problem solver, comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environments.
* Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
* Collaborative, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
Languages:
* Fluent English (C1-C2 level).
* Spanish at a professional level is essential.
* Other languages will be considered an asset.
