Profile Overview

A strategic yet hands-on CEO is sought to lead a B2B SaaS platform in the social media space. The company operates with a lean structure, featuring a small engineering team. The role demands strong execution on go-to-market (GTM) strategies while maintaining a focus on product vision and business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a highly specialized SaaS tool that has already gained significant traction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with central leadership, including product, finance, and M&A teams, steering the business toward sustainable growth through a mix of product-led growth (PLG) strategy and inbound enterprise sales.

Your Responsibilities

* Own and execute the strategic roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.
* Oversee all key functions: GTM, product, financial performance, and customer experience.
* Drive revenue through both PLG and enterprise sales motions, optimizing for conversion and upsell.
* Act as a Product Leader: prioritize user value, market differentiation, and technical feasibility.
* Manage lean operations and budgets, ensuring capital efficiency and sustainable growth.
* Represent the brand externally with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Foster a high-performing, autonomous team culture; hire and retain top talent as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

* Proven experience in B2B SaaS leadership roles (GM, CEO, or similar), preferably at lean, product-led companies.
* Strong background in GTM strategy across PLG, inbound sales, and customer expansion.
* Experience with social media platforms, ideally with a deep understanding of first-party APIs and integration models.
* Product leadership experience with strong user empathy, prioritization, and collaboration with tech teams.
* Familiarity with lean scaling; able to thrive in resource-constrained environments.
* Based in Europe or the US time zone.
