PSLab Antwerp is looking for a Senior Communicator / Business Developer to lead our business development efforts in Belgium, with a strong focus on the Flemish region. This is a strategic role aimed at positioning PSLab as a trusted partner for architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and other key players in the high-end construction and design industry.
The successful candidate will serve as PSLab’s ambassador in Belgium, embodying our values, methodology, and design-centric approach. Playing a vital role in introducing our lighting solutions, conveying our process of work, and driving new business opportunities.
* Act as PSLab’s front-facing representative in Belgium, primarily the Flemish region.
* Identify and engage with target clients, including architects, interior designers, landscape designers, developers, and other stakeholders involved in high-end architectural projects.
* Promote PSLab’s unique process of lighting design and technology (architectural lighting and custom lighting solutions) to the professional design and construction community.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with industry professionals through networking, in-person meetings, and showroom visits.
* Drive new project opportunities, secure design engagements, and oversee the commercial negotiation to ensure commitment fees and payments are received.
* Meet and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs.
* Regularly invite and host key industry figures in PSLab’s Antwerp showroom to present our design capabilities and project portfolio.
* Collaborate closely with our experienced local lighting design and project management team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Understand and monitor market trends in construction and design to strategically position PSLab in ongoing and upcoming projects.
