About the Job
This is a key role for an experienced professional who can develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales targets, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and lead training sessions for hospital staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and drive the adoption of pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals.
* Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region.
* Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
Requirements
* A completed degree in Life Sciences or a pharmaceutical background.
* At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset.
* Excellent communication skills in French and very good knowledge of English.
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory.
* Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills.
* High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Organizational skills and resilience.
* High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team.
