* Monitor Belgian and EU legislation in commercial real estate and trade law (including B2C e-commerce)
* Analyze new laws and case law, and communicate their impact clearly to stakeholders
* Advise member companies and defend their interests at regional, federal, and European levels
* Develop strategic positions on commercial real estate and e-commerce with the Head of Legal & Tax
* Lead committees and working groups, fostering collaboration among legal experts
* Build and maintain a strong network within the sector and with external partners
* Belgian Master's degree in Law (mandatory)
* Relevant experience as a consultant, lawyer, or in-house counsel
* Strong ability to translate complex legal matters into practical advice
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Analytical, proactive, and business-oriented mindset
* Fluent in Dutch and French (excellent Dutch required), with good English skills
