As Finance Support in our thriving e-money company, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations, working closely with our EU Finance Manager and a collaborative team across Belgium and the UK. You'll be assisting for all things accounting, contributing to tasks like Monthly closure, Account Payables, Tax, VAT and much more.

Key responsibilitiesAs our Finance Support, you will:
Execute specific accounting activities such as accruals, depreciation and bank postingsMaintain and monitor supplier balances, ensuring purchase orders are tracked and processed seamlesslyWork alongside the EU Finance Manager to prepare and manage monthly closing entries, ensuring financial precision and timelinessCompile and edit key company financial documents like depreciation reports, forecasts, adjustments, and income tax summaries - helping management make informed decisionsSupport audit processes (annual or internal), providing clear and well-documented financial dataCollaborate with your Finance manager in overseeing tax returns and tasks managed by colleagues in the UK. Contributing to a transparent and compliant financial strategy
Your contributions will also include close collaboration with management to ensure accurate, reliable and insightful accounting information that shapes the road ahead.

Fluency in English and French - communication is key to our successA strong experience in finance, accounting, or a related fieldA natural passion for financial flows, accounting activities, and delivering quality resultsStrong Office Suite proficiency - particularly Excel (bonus points for VBA knowledge), along with Word and OutlookExcellent analytical skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindsetIndependence and strong prioritization skills- you know how to manage your tasks effectivelyThe ability to think flexibly, work collaboratively, and navigate the complexities of an international businessPrior experience in fiduciary services, finance institutions, or e-money/payment environments is a significant plus!
