We execute in vivo pharmacology studies within Oncology research programs to meet departmental drug development and strategic objectives, to bring life‑changing therapies to the clinic! We characterize potential clinical therapeutics through the evaluation of target inhibition, efficacy, mechanism of action, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), and biomarker evaluations. /p pIn this role, you will lead other leaders and individual contributors within a collaborative team, interacting with discovery leaders and cross‑functional project teams. You will be accountable for effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Your leadership responsibilities include the design, execution and interpretation of in vivo studies for the validation and characterization of targets or therapeutic agents in the areas of oncology and tumor immunology.
