In this context, TotalEnergies Gas & Power Belgium contributesdirectlytotheGroup’sambitiontoacceleratethe energy transitionandbuild a low-carbon future.
Youwillimplementandsteerthe sales strategyacrossour partner ecosystem, workingcloselywithinboundandoutboundcall centers, web comparison platforms and B2B2C partners. Yourobjective is clear: maximize sales performance whilebalancingacquisition, marginand customer retention.
Acting as theoperationaland commercial interface withour partners, youwillcoordinateinitiatives, translate go-to-market plansinto concrete actions andcontinuouslyimprove sales results, service qualityand customer satisfaction.
Youwillcollaboratewith marketing, product, training, qualityandIT teamsandsupport partners in Belgium andnearshorelocations. Regulartravelto Morocco (approx. 20%) is part of therole.
Youwilloperate in a highlycompetitive market andcontributetothe development of new services such as heating maintenance, insuranceand energy transitionsolutions.

Activités
He/She is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Inbound, Outbound and partnership sales strategy for B2C and small B2B segments, and for all products & services proposed by the company with a focus on power and gas supply, heating maintenance and insurance.
He/she will work with a mix of online and offline partners to strengthen the company’s brand visibility and boost sales performance. The ideal candidate will manage existing relationships, and lead collaborative initiatives to deliver measurable results.
In partnerships we can count :
1. Inbound call centers
2. Outbound call centers
3. Web comparison platforms
4. All other partnerships possible (B2B2C) like Pixel Partners, BPOST,….
The sales partner specialist is responsible together with the team to drive the customer portfolio via our partnerships, with the best possible balance between sales targets to acquire new customers, commercial margin and customer retention and the cost related to that. The end responsibility lies within the scope of the Sales Partner Lead. The Sales Partner Specialist is also responsible to develop the partnerships, including setting goals and managing budgets.
DIfferent locations possible within and outside Belgium (Nearshore).
Regular travel to Marocco is necessary (20%).
In detail what is expected:
5. Support for Inbound and Outbound Sales:
6. Empower our sales teams with the tools, resources, and information they need to excel in engaging with customers and prospects.
7. Drive the development and implementation of sales strategies for both inbound and outbound teams.
8. Organizing incentives / ensuring a "sales vibe" on the floor
9. Contact point for external partners regarding knowledge/quality/training.
10. Traffic Management
11. Daily management of operational activities and backlog management and propositions on decisions
12. Implement team engagement initiatives at partner sites and develop action plans to achieve objectives.
13. Translate Go-to-Market Initiatives into training:
14. Create and deliver impactful training programs (toolboxes) for our call center teams based on cutting-edge go-to-market strategies.
15. Collaborate within our training and quality department so that content is always current, relevant, and aligned with our ambitious goals.
16. Follow-Up and Steer Nursing Initiatives:
17. Take charge in monitoring and steering nursing initiatives to align perfectly with our company objectives.
18. Provide insightful updates and reports on the progress and success of these initiatives.
19. Testing Support for Tools:
20. Work hand-in-hand with the Inbound and Outbound team lead and product owner to assist in testing Regstar, SalesForce, Whatsapp, …
21. Proactive Feedback and Goal Achievement:
22. Offer proactive feedback and innovative suggestions to refine our sales processes and achieve our ambitious goals.
23. Continuously evaluate and enhance sales support strategies to boost performance and productivity.
24. Quality Assurance
25. Collaborate actively with the training and quality department to uplift CSAT scores by asking for regular quality audits and assessments.
26. Proposing actions to improve service and quality.
27. Organize and follow-up bottom-up feedback to push our Call Centers to better performance and quality.
28. Partnership Management (all partnerships)
29. Strengthen existing collaborations to ensure seamless and productive cooperation.
30. Manage visibility, rankings, pricing, and promotions.
31. Cooperate in joint sales and marketing campaigns by brainstorming and collaborating with partners to maximize success.
32. Analyze performance data.
Profil du candidat
33. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
34. Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
35. Deep understanding of (sales) processes and go-to-market strategies.
36. Outstanding communication and training skills.
37. Proficiency in using CRM and sales support tools.
38. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
39. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
40. 1 day in the week at the Liege office, 2 days at the partners side (if located in Belgium). 2 days of homework per week possible.
41. Good connection/collaboration with the partners but also daring to challenge the partners
42. Fluent in French and English.
43. Willing to travel to Marocco on a regular basis (Approx. 20% of the time).
