As our Strategy Management Officer, you'll sit at the heart of our transformation journey.
You'll connect people, performance, and purpose, supporting the organization move towards strategy in action.
This role is perfect for someone with a finance or consulting background who's ready to dive deeper into strategy execution, change management, and business impact.
Use data and insight to challenge assumptions, track progress, and drive performance.
Coach teams in defining meaningful KPIs and turning ideas into tangible results.
You hold a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
You have 2–4 years of experience in consulting (Big 4/Big 5) or business control / performance management.
You enjoy connecting data with people — supporting teams see how numbers tell the story of strategy.
You'll help shape the company's direction, and make strategy part of our daily culture. A preference for a 4/5th, a full time job is possible.
