About the role
For our Animal Health organization, we are looking for a Digital Transformation & BI Specialist to lead the optimization and development of reporting and analytics across the business. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape the digital reporting landscape and support the ongoing ERP transition toward Dynamics 365.
In this position, you will take ownership of existing reporting tools while building future dashboards and analytics solutions within D365. Your focus is on ensuring business continuity, consistency, and transparency across all departments, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing & Quality.
The Mission: Improve, Innovate, and Integrate
You will optimize and elevate our current reporting, creating a single source of truth across the organization. At the same time, you will explore and leverage AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and unlock predictive insights.
You collaborate closely with Business Process Analysts, Continuous Improvement experts, and other internal stakeholders. The role requires a structured, analytical mindset and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The position is based in Arques, France, with cross-border collaboration with Belgium and Finland. Regular travel to other Orion sites and interaction with internal stakeholders is part of the role.
Your Key Responsibilities
Master of Reporting: Take ownership of our reporting lifecycle, refining existing tools and architecting new dashboards and analytics solutions within D365.
Drive Modern Analytics: Build intuitive dashboards and automate workflows for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations using Power BI, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and AI-driven tools.
Specialized Focus on Production & Quality: Dive deep into Manufacturing and Quality metrics, building specialized reports such as batch releases and yield analytics that our plants need to excel.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with Business Process Analysts and Continuous Improvement experts to simplify processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive operational efficiency.
Accelerate Digitalization: Support adoption of high-impact tools like Electronic Batch Records (EBR), visual management systems, workflow automation, and AI-powered insights to optimize cycle times and enhance precision.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing & Quality teams.
You will be part of the Animal Health organization and report directly to Business Process Excellence Manager (D365 & Data)

Our expectations
We are looking for a experienced digital and BI professional with several years of relevant experience, comfortable combining strategic responsibility with hands-on involvement.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in BI or data roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment (Pharma, Chemicals, or Food)
Specialist in Power BI, with a talent for creating dashboards that translate complex data into clear insights
Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or SAP is required; knowledge of Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse) and AI technologies is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with office-based stakeholders and production-floor teams
Fluency in English and strong command of French; Dutch or Finnish are considered a plus
