Join the HR team at Equans and bring your organisational skills and administrative support to the CHRO and the HR department. You help coordinate strategic activities, manage documentation, support internal communication and cross-functional projects to boost HR efficiency and drive company-wide HR initiatives.
Brussels, within the HR department
manage diaries and organise meetings for the HR team and leadership
provide administrative support to HR services (Comp & Ben, Payroll): purchase orders, invoice follow-up
coordinate the preparation and monitoring of cross-functional HR projects
ensure document management: filing, archiving, updating databases and collaborative tools
help distribute HR communications across entities
collaborate with support departments (communication, IT, legal) on HR projects
ensure compliance with internal procedures and monitor HR indicators
education in executive assistance, administrative management, HR or similar
experience in a corporate HR assistant or centralised support role
advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Teams)
knowledge of SAP is a plus
autonomy, proactivity and ability to manage multiple projects
fluency in French and Dutch
