Key Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR team, responsible for several key missions:
* Deploy the training plan and monitor it in compliance with current legislation.
* Manage payroll and administration from A to Z.
* Ensure internal communication is fluid and effective.
* Organize internal events (preparation, logistics, ...).
* Play a key role in employee onboarding and offboarding.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
* A first experience in payroll and administration.
* Proficiency in French, and ideally Dutch and English.
* A structured and organized approach.
* Autonomy, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A team spirit and a "Doer" mentality.
