Endress+Hauser BeLux is looking for a people-focused Service Ops Manager to lead a team of coordinators and technicians. A role with impact in a stable, growing, family-owned group combining people leadership, planning excellence and digital service
Your responsibilities
1. Lead a team of 16 Technicians, Field Service Engineers and Service Coordinators.
2. Report into the Service Manager of Endress+Hauser BeLux.
3. Coach and develop people; build trust, routines and structure in daily operations.
4. Ensure efficient planning and follow-up of calibrations, maintenance and commissioning.
5. Handle escalations and secure fast, pragmatic solutions for customers.
6. Drive Service 4.0: data-enabled, Salesforce-driven processes and continuous improvement.
7. Strengthen collaboration with the Service Manager, HR, Sales and Product Management.
8. Support onboarding and integration of new colleagues into the service organization.
Profile
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
10. 5+ years of leadership/people management in service/after-sales, managing technicians/planners.
11. Strong people manager; decisive and hands-on in solving problems.
12. Structured and process-oriented; improves planning and coordination.
13. Fluent Dutch; good French and English.
14. Technical affinity; comfortable with digital/service tools (. Salesforce).
