Area Sales Manager – Flanders (Hybrid) Location:Flanders, Belgium Company:Leading HVAC Solutions Provider Aldes, a well-established leader in smart automation, ventilation, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions, is currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to take full commercial ownership of the Flemish region. This is a strategic and autonomous role focused on business development and long-term partnerships with HVAC installers and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth across the Flanders region Build and manage a strong network of HVAC installers and distribution partners Identify and develop new business opportunities Provide tailored technical-commercial solutions to clients Represent the Aldes brand and values across your territory Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Country Manager Participate in trade shows and industry events Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in HVAC, ventilation, or energy sectors Proven hunter mentality, with approximately 50% focus on new business development Fluent in Dutch and professional level of English (French is a plus) Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset with strong market and product understanding Proficient with CRM tools and structured sales reporting Offer & Working Conditions: Competitive gross salary (depending on experience - strong monthly gross salary) Annual bonus (approx. 1.5 months' salary) Company car, meal vouchers, group insurance (CCT90), tablet, and other professional tools Hybrid work model: 3 days in the field (3–4 meetings/day), 2 days for admin and planning Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company with strong market positioning and clear career paths Application Process: This position is managed exclusively by Flowtec Solutions.
