Commercial Pricing Analyst - Retail (Motor - Property)
Role in a nutshell
You shape pricing for motor and property retail insurance. You analyze data, deliver insights, refine pricing strategies, and support real decisions.
What you do
* Build pricing models balancing risk, competitiveness, profitability.
* Combine internal and market data to fine-tune pricing.
* Assess price adequacy and propose improvements.
* Deliver actionable insight to decision-makers.
* Work across functions and countries.
* Drive strategic pricing projects and improve processes.
* Explain technical findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
What you bring
* Pricing, actuarial, or analytical experience in non-life insurance.
* Understanding of retail motor and property insurance.
* Commercial sense; you don’t just crunch numbers—you give them context.
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
* Independent, proactive work style in a collaborative setting.
