In this role, you will help clients modernize their digital core to enhance capabilities, reduce costs, and deliver products faster. /p pYou will design modernization strategies and solutions leveraging both progressive modernization (business-driven, incremental) and scaled modernization (technology-driven, executed at speed). /p h3Your job /h3 pAs an Application Modernization Architect, you will: /p ul liDefine application modernization strategies tailored to client context, balancing progressive and scaled approaches. /li liDesign target architectures and migration roadmaps for application portfolios, leveraging cloud-native solutions, containerization, and modern DevOps practices. /li liPartner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into modernization solutions. /li liSupport delivery teams in implementing modernization initiatives, ensuring architectural compliance, scalability, and security. /li liGuide technology selection and integration of cloud platforms, APIs, and automation tools to accelerate modernization. /li liCollaborate with other Accenture teams (Cloud, Data, AI) to design end-to-end modernization solutions. /li liProvide advisory and thought leadership to clients, showcasing Accenture’s modernization approaches and assets. /li liContribute to the growth of SPE by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and developing reusable accelerators. /li /ul h3Your team /h3 pAccenture Technology leverages design thinking, industry insights and the latest digital and Security methodologies to help clients innovate, grow and improve their businesses. Because that's where the real challenges are: inventing and testing things that have never been tried before, getting new applications ready for roll-out, and ultimately guiding clients to select and implement the right technologies – including state of the art Security solutions - to transform their businesses. /p h3Your background /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. /li li8 years of experience in application architecture, modernization, or cloud transformation. /li liStrong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). /li liExperience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). /li liStrong consulting and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices. /li liFluency in English + French OR Dutch is mandatory /li liExperience with portfolio assessment and migration planning (nice to have). /li liKnowledge of AI-assisted modernization approaches (nice to have). /li liFamiliarity with Agile and scaled delivery frameworks (nice to have). /li /ul h3Certifications /h3 ul liCloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent). /li liTOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pAccenture is an incredible place to work - and keep learning.
