Mission
As
Digital Transformation Program Manager,
you will be responsible for both shaping IBA's digital vision and ensuring the
successful execution of transformation programs.
You will define the
strategic roadmap for digital initiatives
, foster a culture of innovation, and manage the structured delivery of cross-functional projects.
Challenges we trust you with
Strategic Leadership (Digital Transformation)
* Define and implement IBA's digital transformation strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
* Act as a change leader to promote digital culture and adoption across the organization.
* Partner with senior leadership to align digital initiatives with long-term business priorities.
Program & Project Management
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex transformation programs.
* Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure program success.
* Coordinate multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, project managers, and leadership.
What We Value
* At least 10 years of experience in both digital transformation leadership and program/project management.
* Strong ability to build up a team and maintain a high level of engagement
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
* Able to develop a methodology to respect the projects deadlines
* Speak English (mandatory) and French (nice to have)
* Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and their application in industrial/healthcare environments.
* Change management expertise and demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation.
