The Role
As a Solution Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our commercial engine. You aren't just 'supporting' sales; you are the technical closer. You partner with our Account Executives to prove to world‑class enterprises that Tekst is the only platform capable of solving their complex automation puzzles. You translate business pain into technical reality.
What will you be doing?
* Technical deal ownership: Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. You are the decisive factor in winning enterprise deals by demonstrating our technical superiority.
* Architecture & discovery: Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions with customer IT architects. You understand their legacy systems and design how Tekst seamlessly integrates into their environment.
* Build Proof‑of‑Concepts: Get your hands dirty by building custom demos and PoCs. You’ll be scripting and working with APIs to show real‑time automation impact on the customer's own data.
* Strategic feedback loop: You are the eyes and ears in the field. You capture technical requirements and feed them back to our Engineering and Product teams to shape the future of our platform.
* AI Trust architect: You help customers overcome security and privacy hurdles by explaining our architecture, data handling, and the safety of our Agentic AI approach.

Job Requirements
* Experience: 2–5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
* Technical core: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures. You are comfortable with scripting (e.g., Python or TypeScript) to build integrations.
* Closing mindset: You enjoy the thrill of the win and know how to talk to both a CTO and a Head of Operations.
* Problem solver: You love diving into a messy technical environment and coming up with a clean, automated solution.
* Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; you can make complex AI concepts feel simple and safe.
