What are we looking for?
* You have at least
3-5 years of experience
as a Scrum Master or in agile roles.
* You are certified as a
Scrum Master
with proven expertise in agile methodologies.
* You possess a solid grasp of software delivery processes and are capable of suggesting improvements.
* You bring strong coaching abilities that inspire teams to embrace agile principles.
* You are confident, open-minded, and committed to promoting continuous improvement.
