Your job in a nutshell:
* Operate and control lattice boom crawler cranes (350T+) independently and safely.
* Assemble, configure, and dismantle cranes on-site.
* Check planning instructions, lifting plans, certificates, and load charts before work.
* Inspect cranes and auxiliary equipment before, during, and after operations.
* Perform daily and preventive maintenance; report irregularities.
* Complete maintenance checklists and work records accurately.
* Promote SHEQ standards and continuous improvement on every site.
* Report to your Line Manager and collaborate with Team Blue across Europe.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong experience as a crane operator, at least 6 years proven experience with 350T+ lattice boom crawler cranes.
* Hoisting / safety certificate is mandatory. A drivers License C or CE is strongly recommended
* Basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
* Solid knowledge of English to ensure smooth communication on site.
* Certifications: Working at heights certificate is mandatory. Additional certificates (forklift, telehandler, aerial platform) are a plus.
* Excellent communication and situational awareness skills.
* A technical MTS or MBO education is a strong plus
