Graduate Engineer Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in the success of our infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include organizing the worksite, monitoring contractual and financial management, managing performance, and leading and collaborating with teams on-site.
You will have the opportunity to work on real-world infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your leadership and technical skills. We are looking for individuals with a degree in civil engineering, who are passionate about engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability. You should be curious and adaptable, eager to take on real challenges and embrace diverse cultural experiences. Fluency in Dutch and English (and/or French) is required, and geographical mobility is essential.
The program consists of three rotations: six months in Belgium, followed by one year abroad, and finally six months in another international location. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse teams across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, collaborating with experts and learning best practices from different markets.
After completing the program, you will transition into a full-time role with us, continuing your journey as a future leader in the industry.
