* Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
* Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues effectively.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
* Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
* Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting security-related issues.
* Document technical processes and provide user training as required.

* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
* Basic knowledge of: Windows, Microsoft 365, and user management, Networking and infrastructure, ERP systems (any platform)
* Good troubleshooting and communication skills
