Your role 
 
As an Information Security & Risk Officer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and maintaining the company's Information Security, Risk Management, and IT Service Continuity strategy.
You will work within the CISO team and report directly to the CISO, collaborating with Business & IT teams, Enterprise Architects, DPO, and Internal Audit.
 
Main responsibilities
Develop and maintain ISMS Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines
Implement cybersecurity standards aligned with the CCB Cyber Fundamentals framework
Ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2
Coordinate security projects and provide tactical advice to IT and non-IT initiatives
Manage security incidents and coordinate forensic activities
Promote security awareness across the company
Conduct information and IT risk analyses and maintain risk registers
Lead IT resilience and disaster recovery initiatives
Assess and improve IT Service Continuity and recovery readiness
 
Your profile
Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor with relevant experience)
Open to both junior and experienced professionals - motivation and skills matter more than years of experience
Knowledge of ISO2700X, ISO31000, NIST, ITIL, Cyberfundamentals, COBIT5
Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (datacentre, GCP, Azure)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Pragmatic, reliable, and team-oriented
Fluent in French and Dutch - a solid base in both is required
Experience with third-party risk management is a plus
Languages: French / dutch / english (professional level)

Hybrid work model: 50/50 remote - 2 to 3 days telework per week
Salary depending on experience
Junior: around EUR3,000 gross/month
Medior: up to EUR6,500 gross/month
