We are looking for a Medior Civil Engineer specialized in concrete structural design to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for leading structural studies, performing complex calculations, validating design deliverables, and supporting multidisciplinary projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is autonomous, rigorous, and capable of representing the company with clients and partners.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
* Lead and validate the structural design of reinforced and prestressed concrete structures (buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, etc.).
* Perform advanced calculations (Eurocodes) and ensure full compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Prepare and review technical documentation: calculation notes, design reports, specifications, load assessments, etc.
* Coordinate with architects, mechanical/electrical teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
* Provide technical supervision and mentoring to junior engineers and designers.
* Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and design optimization workshops.
* Monitor project progress and ensure quality, cost, and schedule alignment.
* Support construction teams with technical clarification during execution.
ABOUT YOU:
* Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete structure design.
* Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and structural modelling tools (e.g., Robot, SCIA Engineer, ETABS, or similar).
* Proven experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Trilingual French–Dutch–English is strongly preferred.
