Job Description
A Sales Assistant (FR / NL / EN) at our client will have the following responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for the sales team and their clients for scheduling and administrative matters.
* Manage calendars, track deadlines, and prioritize urgent tasks to ensure timely follow-up.
* Encode numerical data accurately into internal systems.
* Organize and prepare meeting rooms & necessary documents.
* Review and proofread presentations for accuracy and clarity.
* Handle logistical aspects of client appointments and adapt schedules as needed.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Sales Assistant (FR / NL / EN) for our client would have the following skills:
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English (Mandatory)
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to identify priorities and respond quickly to urgent requests.
* Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
* Good communication skills for internal coordination and client interactions.
