About the role:
The Marketing Director takes full ownership of the end-to-end marketing ecosystem, encompassing brand, public relations, demand generation, and event strategy. Reporting to the CRO, this leadership position focuses on converting company goals into a high-performance marketing machine that delivers a consistent, high-quality pipeline for the sales organization.
You will design and build a high-performance, AI-first marketing engine capable of generating consistent, high-quality pipeline and scaling globally. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking with hands-on execution, integrating AI across workflows, campaigns and operations to significantly increase speed, efficiency and impact.
Working closely with Sales, Product and Leadership, you will ensure that marketing is fully aligned with revenue goals and becomes a core driver of business growth.
Skills & Requirements
We seek a senior marketer who balances strategic vision with a hands-on execution mindset. The ideal professional is:
* 5+ years of experience leading demand generation and brand strategy within a B2B SaaS environment; hotel tech background is highly valued.
* AI-native expertise with a proven history of engineering proprietary agents and automated workflows. You possess a practical mastery that extends beyond conversational prompts to build transformative tools that revolutionize operational output.
* Data-fluent, with deep expertise in HubSpot and attribution modeling.
* Brand-sensitive, valuing consistency and narrative craft in B2B branding.
* Operationally rigorous, managing marketing through clear OKRs and systematic cadences. Expert command of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and modern data analytics stacks.
* A builder, motivated by scaling a global marketing function in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
* Bilingual in English with full professional fluency in both written and verbal communication.
* Proven ability to build and optimize a full-funnel marketing engine with measurable impact on revenue and acquisition efficiency.
Nice to Have
* Exposure to the hospitality industry, independent hotels, or adjacent tech ecosystems like PMS and OTAs.
* Fluency in Spanish.
* History of scaling marketing teams within high-growth startup environments.
* Experience managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Finance.
* Familiarity with ABM frameworks and complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing cycles.

Growth & Demand Generation
* Optimize the website as a lead generation engine and manage social media strategy.
* Scale email nurture workflows and database segmentation efforts.
* Execute a lead magnet strategy that captures demand across the buyer journey.
AI/Marketing Operations
A core part of this role is to design and build an AI-powered marketing engine. You will:
* Build and orchestrate a network of AI agents and automations
* Automate up to 80% of marketing execution
* Integrate AI across content, campaigns, personalization and lead scoring
* Transform marketing from a set of campaigns into a scalable system
* Ensure CRM discipline in HubSpot as the primary source of revenue data.
Strategy & Planning
* Establish marketing OKRs and lead a full-funnel strategy aligned with commercial targets.
* Manage the annual budget, ensuring optimal ROI and resource allocation.
* Deliver accurate performance reporting, focusing on attribution and CAC efficiency.
Brand & Positioning
* Evolve and protect brand identity and guidelines.
* Participate actively in the launch of the new vision of the company, adapting our branding to the new needs of the company.
* Define market positioning and articulate our unique value proposition.
PR & Communications
* Orchestrate media relations and thought leadership initiatives with industry publications.
* Create press releases and executive content aligned with major product milestones.
Events
* Design and execute an annual events strategy tied to pipeline generation goals.
* Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows and international fairs.
Partnerships & Co-Marketing
* Identify and leverage co-marketing opportunities within the hotel tech ecosystem.
* Develop joint content and event initiatives with strategic industry partners.

* Marketing-influenced by market → Number of deals closed won generated by Marketing
* Lead generation and conversion rate → Number of qualified leads generated by Marketing

* Marketing ROI → investment vs MRR generated by Marketing
* Organic traffic growth, SEO keyword rankings and GEO performance.
* LinkedIn engagement rate and follower growth.
