Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Context:
* This role sits within CLIENT’s Digital Technology (IT) division, in a team focused on supporting commercial activities through web platforms.
* The role acts as the bridge between business and development in an omnichannel environment (web → CRM → marketing automation).
Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements from affiliates, regional or global teams.
* Lead workshops and clarification sessions.
* Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
* Collaborate closely with the lead architect, developers, and technical teams.
* Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies: grooming, refinement, planning, PI sessions.
* Help define priorities based on business value.
* Support the delivery phase: clarify questions, validate increments, prepare handover to dev teams.
* Contribute to the creation, improvement, and reuse of web components for multiple markets.
* Handle both localization of existing sites (simple) and creation of new components (front/back) for the more complex use cases.
Must‑Have Requirements:
* Strong technical background (able to produce deliverables directly usable by developers).
* Experience as a Web Functional Analyst.
* Business analysis skills (challenge priorities, understand business value, drive clarity).
* Understanding of pharma context or ability to quickly adapt to regulated environments.
* Ability to translate between business and tech stakeholders.
* Excellent communication in English.
* Solid understanding of web architectures and CMS‑related ecosystems.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills:
* Experience with Contentful (headless CMS).
* Technical knowledge:
* Node.js (front end in headless setup)
* Vercel (deployment)
SAFe / Agile working experience or certification.
Experience working in an international, multi‑country environment.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel ecosystems.
