This role involves providing hardware/software support to employees and new hires, including weekly reports, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, adapt quickly to change, and be willing to travel between offices (up to 150 miles).
* Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops, including IMAC (installations, moves, additions, changes) and remote support
* Troubleshoot post-deployment issues on multiple platforms: Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices
* Printer maintenance and installation
* Disposal, redeployment, and asset reclamation
* Coordinate shipping and hardware repairs
* Data backup and recovery
* Hardware refresh and warranty repairs
* Depot services and walk-up support
* Manage spare parts and inventory
* Provide VIP support including audio and video
* Asset management and inventory reporting
* Coordinate with external vendors for dispatch support
* Resolve hardware and software conflicts
* Manage service requests and incidents
* Asset tagging and system updates
* Support onboarding of new hires and hardware assignment
* Generate weekly inventory and hardware outflow reports
* Collaborate with suppliers for repairs
* Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
Qualifications include:
* Advanced English proficiency
* IT experience and technical training
* Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh platforms, including imaging Windows 10 OS
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Windows Networking, Ethernet)
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
* Ability to work extended hours or modified schedules
* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Experience in help desk or call center support
* MCP and/or A+ certifications
* Learning aptitude and excellent communication skills
* Teamwork ability
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Own transportation and valid driver’s license
