Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the healthcare sector through phone, email, and chat communications.
* Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare products, services, and account management.
* Guide customers through the process of obtaining necessary information, including appointment scheduling and product details.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
* Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and services to provide precise information.
* Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Compassionate and understanding attitude towards customer needs in a healthcare context.
