You'll own end-to-end transformation projects, from designing workflows to building AI-powered tools with direct impact on merchant experience and platform scalability.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Launch & Operational Foundation: Own the 0-to-1 launch of merchant onboarding and operations projects. Rapidly define, implement, and iterate operational workflows that directly support business growth targets building the foundation.Digital Transformation & Tool-Based Scalability: Drive the end-to-end shift from manual to digital operations. Translate proven workflows into scalable, tool-based solutions, including AI-powered agents to build sustainable and self-running processes.Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as the connective tissue between frontline operations and internal teams (Strategy, Data, Product). Translate business needs into actionable priorities and drive alignment across functions to deliver results at pace.Data Framework & Performance Monitoring: Design and own the data infrastructure for operational visibility, defining key metrics, monitoring online coverage and process completion rates, and delivering structured daily/weekly reporting to support decision-making.Issue Resolution & Experience Improvement: Proactively surface and resolve system pain points through frontline feedback loops. Continuously improve the onboarding and operational experience for both merchants and internal users.Team Enablement & Knowledge Management: Build the operational knowledge base — SOPs, training materials, and hands-on sessions — to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team as it scales.Qualifications5+ years in strategy, operations, product or process management roles with a track record of not just executing, but designing systems and solving ambiguous problems from the ground up.Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.Ability to write basic scripts (Python or JavaScript) for process automation.Hands-on experience building AI Agents or AI-driven productivity tools is a strong plus.Background in Food Delivery or On-Demand Delivery platforms, with solid understanding of the merchant lifecycle — from onboarding through retention.Direct experience working with Brazilian PDV (Point of Sale) merchants is highly valued.English communication proficiency is required
