As an O&M Technician, you will be part of our Operations team, responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic car-park system. You will receive on-the-job training from Stanley Robotics experts to become fully operational within a few weeks.
Type of Contract: 24 months Temporary Contract and after permanent
Start date: ASAP
Location: Zwevezele / West Flanders / Bruges
Work site environment: outdoor and indoor
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Working time: 40 hours per week / Work shift to be organized with on-site staff, but can include Saturday and Sunday in 2026

Key Responsibilities
Robot & Infrastructure Maintenance:
5. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems for both the robots and related infrastructure.
6. Perform routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Operations Management:
7. Operate the facility under normal and emergency conditions, following established procedures and safety protocols.
8. Adhere to environmental regulations, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
Administrative Support:
9. Assist in developing operating procedures, maintaining inventory, and supporting service maintenance agreements.
10. Use standard IT tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Housekeeping & Safety:
11. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance of the facility.
12. Strictly follow all safety and environmental procedures to uphold regulatory compliance.
Desired profile
Languages:
English - French is a plus
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
13. Diploma in Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical) is considered an asset.
14. Experience: Previous hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
15. Attributes: Diligent, organized, curious, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
16. IT Skills: Comfortable using standard IT tools (eg, Google Workspace).
17. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in French is a plus.
