Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure the quality of installations meets required standards.
* Manage snagging processes during scheduled walkdowns and observations.
* Review installations to facilitate snag-free client walkdowns.
* Oversee the "First of a Kind" process and ensure successful sign-off.
* Maintain and manage documentation, including construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
* Act as the QA owner for assigned turnover scopes, overseeing them from construction completion through testing, inspection, and final handover.
* Participate in the Quality Surveillance Programme.
* Compile comprehensive turnover packs.
Qualification
* Electrical trade qualification or relevant degree.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
