As a Practice Group Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day operations of a legal practice group. Your responsibilities will include:
* Opening and managing client files
* Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
* Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotel bookings)
* Assisting with legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers & Partners, Legal 500)
* Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
* Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients and external legal services
* Preparing and proofreading invoices before submission to billing
* Organizing internal and external seminars and events
We're looking for an experienced assistant with the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Office Management, Paralegal Studies, Law, Translation, or a related field
* A few years of relevant experience in a legal, corporate, or executive assistant role
* Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word (Track Changes, Cross-References), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
* Native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent command of the other national language and English
