Job description Your Responsibilities: • You act as primary contact for QA and Sample Management teams on quality concerns and process improvements; participate in quality event triage and calls. • You provide training and process improvements for sample coordinators. • You resolve audit findings, handle events and ensure retraining and closure of issues. • Support the Sample Managers and contribute to departmental success. • You maintain and update SOPs, competency assessments, training materials, reviews, and user guides globally. • You organize staff training programs and ensure compliance. • You track quality metrics, identify trends, and report to the Sample Managers. • You lead and support special projects as assigned. Profiel Your profile: • You have a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education/experience providing required knowledge and skills. • You have a very good knowledge of English and have excellent verbal communication skills. • You are detail-oriented, communicative, and ready to take ownership. • You have a positive presence, personal accountability, and proactive approach. • You are a problem-solver and critical thinker.
