Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements
* Ensure effective business incident communication for Cash Management (CMCC), including crisis calls and centralised business communications
* Produce and distribute business-oriented incident alerts and reports in English and French
* Coordinate problem management activities, including post-incident debriefs and root-cause analysis
* Define and track remediation action plans to improve production reliability
* Organise and facilitate production quality monitoring committees for Cash Management and Payments (SWIFT/FRB scope)
* Develop and monitor KPIs to measure production quality and remediation effectiveness
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and subject matter experts to align business and IT strategies
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
Skills
* Strong functional knowledge of Cash Management and/or SWIFT
* Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
* Solid understanding of IT environments and software testing processes
* Workflow and business process analysis
* Incident and problem management expertise
* KPI definition and performance analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring abilities
* Meeting facilitation and stakeholder management
* Customer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail
